If you want to maximize your opponent's sentence, you need to play as many of the following cards as you can get away with.

• the greater the injustice, the greater the wrong
• the greater the harm, the greater the crime (drunk driving bad, vehicular homicide worse)
• if there are no punishments that equal the crime
• pre-meditation
• if the victim punishes himself greatly as a result of being wronged
• if the crime is unique
• if it was done repeatedly
• level of brutality
• level of depravity -- rape in a church
• level of ingratitude -- to harm one's benefactor,
• level of disgrace -- harms who he is supposed to protect
